MUST NOT use computer USB port (5V 500mA) which might under charge. MUST NOT use USB 5V > 1A Charger / Quick Charge (QC) / Fast Charge / Large Current Charge / iPad Charger because it might damage the product, shorten battery life and playtime which will not be covered by warranty.
WARNING - COMPATIBILITY ISSUE:

For 2-pin IEM earbuds (such as Westone 4R, UE Triple Fi v10), sorry, our bluetooth cable cannot naturally fit. Nevertheless, if you don't mind the trouble we know there exists 2-pin to MMCX adaptor which you can find on eBay. Note: this is info sharing purpose only, as this adaptor is not our product.
For Audio Technica earphones with A2DC sockets (such as IM01/02/03/50/70, LS50/70), sorry, our bluetooth cable cannot naturally fit. Nevertheless, if you don't mind the trouble we know there exists A2DC to MMCX adaptor which you can find on eBay. Note: this is info sharing purpose only, as this adaptor is not our product.
WARNING - CORRECT USE OF MMCX CONNECTOR AND THE CORRECT USE OF SECURE FIT EARHOOK:
When you use this product, please make sure you are wearing it correctly with the SecureFit earhooks TIGHTLY around your ears. Also make sure the ear-tips of your IEM earbuds are securely and fully inserted in your ear canal. The purpose is not to allow any movement between the cable's MMCX plug and the IEM's MMCX socket. Otherwise, if the MMCX socket rotate or experience vibration, there could be intermittent noise due to bad contact (which can be solved by wearing the cable SecureFit earhook correctly).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
(1) IS THE BLUETOOTH STABLE? HOW TO IMPROVE BLUETOOTH RECEPTION WHEN GOT INTERFERENCE?
We actually tested it has very stable bluetooth reception. Nevertheless, at crowded area with too many other bluetooth devices around, there could be some interference as this is the nature of bluetooth. Also, it depends on the bluetooth quality of your phone (or music player with bluetooth).
SOLUTION:
In most situation, you should be able to improve reception by putting your phone (or music player with bluetooth) in the FRONT RIGHT SIDE POCKET (same side as the mic controller of our cable where our bluetooth antenna is located), then try DIFFERENT PHONE ORIENTATIONS (TOP FRONT / BOTTOM FRONT/TOP BACK / BOTTOM BACK) to max signal
Do not connect your phone to external power bank which might generate interference.
Also, please TURN OFF Wi-Fi and GPS if possible.
In addition, please double check that you are correctly wearing the SecureFit earhook around your ears and do not allow any vibration/rotation in the MMCX socket. Otherwise, you might cause noise from bad contact and misunderstand that as poor reception (which can be solved by wearing it correctly).
(2) Can I connect NOISEZERO WX2+ with
2 mobile phones?
Yes, but carry them wider apart to avoid interference (example, one phone in each front side pocket)
How to setup?
Phone 1:
1. Turn on Phone 1 bluetooth.
2. Follow NOISEZERO WX2+ normal pairing steps to pair with Phone 1.
3. After pairing with Phone 1 done, turn off NOISEZERO WX2+.
4. Turn off Phone 1 bluetooth.
Phone 2:
5. Turn on Phone 2 bluetooth.
6. Follow NOISEZERO WX2+ normal pairing steps to pair with Phone 2.
7. After pairing with Phone 2 done, now turn Phone 1
bluetooth also back on, and on Phone 1 manual select
NOISEZERO WX2+ to connect. Now NOISEZERO WX2+ should be connected to both Phone1 and Phone 2 at the same time
USAGE INFO:
TO RECEIVE A CALL:
When you have incoming call to Phone 1 or Phone 2, press the NOISEZERO WX2+ ‘s multi-function button to automatically switch to receive a call from the respective phone.
MUSIC CONTROL:
The music remote control functions on the mic housing would only work with one phone at a time.
When you pressed PLAY music from Phone 1, NOISEZERO WX2+ ‘s music remote control functions would be activated to control Phone 1 ’s music player.
And when you pressed PLAY music from Phone 2 ‘s music player, NOISEZERO WX2+ ’s music remote control function would be activated to control Phone 2 ‘s music player.
AI VOICE ASSISTANT CONTROL:
NOISEZERO WX2+ ’s AI Voice Assistant control button would control Phone 2 ‘s Voice Assistant only
(3) CAN I USE IT FOR JOGGING?
Yes, we actually tested our Bluetooth MMCX cable for jogging. Also, it is IPX5 sweat and splash proof (NOTE: but cannot submerge in water). Please fix the SecureFit ear hook more tightly around your ears and also put the rear battery case at the behind your neck location and then underneath your shirt as this should improve wearing stability. NOTE: Please also make sure your IEM is sweat proof before you use it for jogging.
(4) When I wear the cable, how come the mic goes to almost the rear of my neck? Is the cable too short? And during phone calls, it cannot properly pickup my voice at noisy places. How to solve this?
No worries. The length of our cable is similar to normal bluetooth headsets. Please double check if you are wearing it the correct way as we tested it to work ok with a 6 feet tall guy. The position of the mic should be on the right side, somewhere below the right ear (about 7-8cm). And during calls at noisy places, you should be able to pull the mic a bit closer to your mouth so that it can pickup your voice better.
