If LEFT earbud (Slave) wireless connection with RIGHT earbud (Master) is broken (LEFT-RIGHT wireless link broken) in area of intense electromagnetic interference:

(1) the LEFT earbud should auto power off and you should just power on again to connect LEFT with RIGHT.

(2) If power on LEFT again cannot reconnect with RIGHT, the product has a built-in REBOOT mode. Just power off both earbuds and put them inside the charging case to recharge 1 second and they will auto REBOOT. Afterwards, you can use them normally again.

WARNING: examples of High Risk intense electromagnetic interference areas that might cause the LEFT-RIGHT link to break:

Near Electronics/Computer/Mobile phone stores 

Near places that use wireless microphones and speakers such as places with street performers / promoters.

Near loudspeakers which have big magnets inside such as traffic light disable people warning alarm speakers

MUST use USB 5V 1A Charger (e.g. iPod / iPhone 5V 1A charger). 

MUST NOT use computer USB port (5V 500mA) which might under charge. MUST NOT use USB 5V > 1A Charger / Quick Charge (QC) / Fast Charge / Large Current Charge / iPad Charger because it might damage the product, shorten battery life and playtime which will not be covered by warranty.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

(1) IS THE BLUETOOTH STABLE? 

HOW TO IMPROVE BLUETOOTH RECEPTION WHEN GOT INTERFERENCE?

We actually field tested it has very stable bluetooth reception in public transportations including subway (MTR), train, bus, taxi and ferry. Nevertheless, when you are walking through crowded places with high interference, there could be breakups in reception as this is the nature of true wireless.

Example of high interference walk through areas:  

- near mobile phone, PC stores  

(due to interference from too many bluetooth devices in the area)

- streets with promoters / performers using wireless mic and wireless speakers

(due to interference from too many wireless devices and the magnet from speakers)

- near electric fan

(due to magnet in the fan)

- near traffic lights with warning speakers 

(due to magnet in the speakers)

- near power transformers  

(due to electro-magnetic interference)

- area with too many other bluetooth devices around

 

Also, it depends on the bluetooth quality of your phone.

 

WARNING: This product does not support multiple bluetooth device connection. You can only connect to one phone at a time.

 

WARNING: User can only use this product with 1 mobile phone. User must not carry 2 mobile phones together while using this product because they might cause too much interference that affect the performance of this product.

SOLUTION: In most situation, you should be able to improve reception by putting your phone in the FRONT RIGHT SIDE POCKET which is the same side as the RIGHT (Master) earphones (with Right earphones as Master and Left earphone as Slave configuration) with the phone upright and screen face outwards (as phone BT antenna normally on top).

Do not connect your phone to external power bank which might generate interference.

Also, please TURN OFF Wi-Fi and GPS if possible.

(2) AT SERIOUS INTERFERENCE PLACES, WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE WIRELESS LINK BETWEEN THE LEFT AND RIGHT EARPHONES FAILED?

HOW DO I REBOOT? 

In more serious interference situation where the Left-Right earphones' wireless link is broken, please perform the REBOOT MODE.

 

To perform REBOOT, put both earphones into the charging case to recharge for 1 sec to reboot. Afterwards,  use them normally again.

(3) DO I NEED TO ALWAYS CARRY THE CHARGING CASE?

Yes, please always carry the charging case.

When the earphones are not in use, please keep them charging inside the charging case.

Furthermore, when the earphones are in use and if you have experienced left-right wireless link failure, you will need to put both earphones inside the Charging case to REBOOT before you can use them normally again.

(4) CAN IT CONNECT TO MULTIPLE BLUETOOTH DEVICE AT THE SAME TIME? CAN I CONNECT TO 2 mobile phones?

Sorry, it cannot connect to multiple devices at the same time. The reason is that we found excessive interference would happen.

WARNING: Do not carry 2 mobile phones when using this product.

(5) CAN I USE IT FOR PHONE CALL?

Yes, the earphone has microphone for handsfree call on the master earphone (default = RIGHT).

However, since the mic is far away from the mouth, you might need to speak louder and find a more quiet area for conversation.

At more noisy places, you might need to use the phone's handsfree mic instead.

(6) WHEN I MAKE PHONE CALL, I CAN ONLY HEAR THE VOICE ON ONE SIDE EARBUD, IS THIS NORMAL? CAN I USE TWO EARBUDS TO MAKE CALL?

It's normal only you can use one side earbud (Default Master = Right) to make phone call. For reference, the spec on our product pack box has mentioned "Right (Master, Mic), Left (Slave)".

The reason is that the CSR A64110 chipset inside can only allow make call on the single side Master earbud. It cannot allow using both earbuds to make call.

(7) When I use the true wireless earbuds with iPhone, I can only make calls but can't listen to music, how can I fix this problem?

This can be solved easily. Due to the nature of iPhone iOS, after you have connected the master earphone (default = RIGHT), you need to wait (about 1 sec) for the bluetooth logo to turn to a headphone logo (on top right corner of the phone screen) before you turn on the Slave earphone (default = LEFT) in order for iPhone to activate the bluetooth A2DP mode to allow music to be played via bluetooth true wireless earbuds.

(8) Can I use the true wireless earbuds to listen to WhatsApp audio message?

We tested no problem listening to WhatsApp audio message via the true wireless earbuds. However, to our knowledge, WhatsApp might need sometime to fully download the audio message file to the memory of your phone before it allows playback via true wireless earbuds. The time it takes might be long depending various factors like the WhatsApp server status, the network connection status and the processing power of your phone.

(9) Can I use memory foam ear-tips with the true wireless earbuds?

Yes. Although we have not included memory foam ear-tips in our pack, we have tested our true wireless earbuds can fit COMPLY TRULY WIRELESS Foam Tips. (Note this is not our product. Info sharing only)

(10) When I put earbuds inside the charging chase, there is no responses (no LED light up). How can I solve this problem?

Please carefully place the earbuds into the earbud slot of the charging case. Make sure the metal contact points of the earbuds can properly touch the metal contact points of the charging case.
